Terms of Service

Bllod is a software tool that helps you organize and visualize your blood-test results and related health data. Bllod is not a medical device, not a healthcare provider, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information presented in the App is for informational and organizational purposes only. Never ignore, delay, or disregard medical advice because of something you saw in Bllod. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Bllod. If you are under 18, you may use Bllod only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • You agree to provide accurate information. • One account per person. Do not share your account. • You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter in Bllod, including PDF lab reports, biomarker values, profile information, and photos. You grant Bllod a limited license to store and process that content only to provide the App's features to you. We do not use your content for advertising, training third-party models, or any purpose outside delivering the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload information about people other than yourself without their permission.

You agree not to: • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App • Use the App to violate any law or third-party right • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against our services • Upload malicious files, viruses, or code • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App without our written consent We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Bllod Premium is an optional paid subscription (monthly or yearly) delivered via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Billing — Apple charges your Apple ID at the start of each billing period. Auto-renewal — Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Managing / canceling — via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Refunds — handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot issue Apple-processed refunds directly. Price changes — we will notify you before any price increase; you may cancel before the change takes effect. Trials — if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Bllod uses: • Supabase (auth, database, storage) • Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In (authentication) • Apple App Store / Apple In-App Purchase (distribution, billing) • Expo / EAS (app delivery, updates) Your use of these services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policies.

Bllod, the Bllod name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our IP beyond the limited license to use the App as intended.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that: • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free • Biomarker extraction will be 100% accurate (always verify critical values against your original lab report) • Reference ranges shown in the App match those used by every laboratory or clinician To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bllod, its operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the App — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability, in aggregate, is limited to the amount you paid Bllod in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends; sections on your content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For users in the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless local law requires your country's courts to have jurisdiction.
